The Metrics section provides a comprehensive analytics suite for understanding how your organization uses Singularity AI. It’s organized into three dashboards, each focused on a different aspect of your AI deployment.Three Dashboard Levels
Business Impact
User engagement, satisfaction rates, usage trends, and top contributors
Performance & Cost
Response times, error rates, token usage, model costs, and alerts
Content Insights
Knowledge health, trending topics, document popularity, and gap analysis
Who Can Access

Navigating Metrics
Click Metrics in the left sidebar to open the dashboard. Use the breadcrumb navigation at the top to switch between the three views:- Workspace > Metrics > Overview — Business Impact Dashboard
