When you sign in for the first time, the onboarding wizard guides you through setting up your workspace. The wizard personalizes your experience based on your role and helps you get started quickly.

Welcome

A brief introduction to Singularity AI and what you can do with the platform.

Choose Your Role

Select the job title or function that best describes you. This helps Singularity AI tailor suggestions and prompt recommendations to your work.Available roles include categories like Marketing, Sales, Engineering, HR, Finance, Legal, and more.

Choose a Data Source

Optionally connect a data source to enrich your AI workspace. You can:
  • Skip this step and add sources later
  • Upload files directly
  • Connect an external data source

Create Your Workspace

Name your first teamspace. This is your personal AI workspace where you’ll chat, upload documents, and ask questions.

Start Chatting

You’re ready to go! The wizard takes you directly to the chat interface where you can start your first conversation.
You can always change your role and preferences later in Personal settings.

AI Boxes Introduction

During onboarding, you may also see an introduction to AI Boxes — pre-built automations that can process data, generate reports, and perform tasks. You can explore the AI Boxes marketplace at any time.
