Overview

The Content Insights dashboard analyzes the quality and effectiveness of your organization’s knowledge base. It surfaces trending topics, popular documents, and areas where your AI lacks sufficient knowledge to answer user questions.

Content Health Score

A composite health score (0-100) based on five dimensions:

Document Statistics

StatDescription
Total DocumentsNumber of documents across all teamspaces and connections
Active DocumentsDocuments that have been referenced in AI responses recently
Stale DocumentsDocuments that haven’t been used or updated in a while
Powered by the Horus AI engine, this section shows the top 5 topics users are asking about, including:
  • Topic name — The subject area
  • Query count — How many times users asked about this topic
  • Trend — Whether interest is rising or falling (with percentage)
Use this to understand what your team cares about most and ensure those areas are well-documented. The most-retrieved documents ranked by usage:
  • Document name — The file that’s being cited
  • Retrieval count — How often the AI referenced this document
  • Relevance score — Average quality score when this document was used
  • Last retrieved — How recently this document was used

Query Success Rate

Breakdown of how effectively the AI resolves user questions:
