OAuth Connection Flow

Most apps use OAuth for secure authentication. Here’s the process:

Click Connect

From the App Catalog, click Connect with [App Name] on the app card.

Authorize Access

A popup window opens with the app’s authorization page. Sign in to your account and grant the requested permissions.Connect app modal

Confirm Connection

After authorization, the popup closes and the app appears in your My Apps list with an “Active” status.

API Key Connection

Some apps require an API key instead of OAuth:
  1. Click Connect on the app
  2. Enter your API key in the modal
  3. Click Verify and Connect
  4. The app tests the connection and confirms it’s working

Credentials Connection

For apps requiring username and password:
  1. Click Connect on the app
  2. Enter your username and password
  3. Click Connect
  4. The app verifies and connects

Google OAuth Notice

When connecting Google apps, you may see a security banner explaining that Singularity AI’s Google OAuth is in the verification process. This is normal — click Learn More for details about the verification status and security practices.

Required Permissions

Each app in the catalog shows the permissions it needs. Review these before connecting to understand what the app will be able to access.
