Overview

Knowledge Brains are autonomous learning systems that continuously extract, organize, and validate organizational knowledge from your teamspaces, AI Boxes, and data connections.
Knowledge Brains is currently in development and will be available soon. This page describes the planned functionality.

What Brains Do

A Knowledge Brain:
  1. Observes your connected data sources (teamspaces, boxes, connections)
  2. Extracts discrete pieces of knowledge — facts, patterns, workflows, decisions, and terminology
  3. Scores each item with a confidence level (0-100%)
  4. Routes items through your governance pipeline for validation
  5. Serves validated knowledge to AI assistants across your organization

Knowledge Types

TypeDescriptionExample
FactA verifiable piece of information”Q4 revenue was $2.3M”

WorkflowA process or sequence of steps”Invoice approval requires 3 signatures”
DecisionA recorded decision with context”We chose vendor A for cost reasons”
TermDomain-specific terminology”ARR = Annual Recurring Revenue”

Connected to the Other Pillars

Data Connections also feed Knowledge Brains — external data from Google Drive, Confluence, and other sources enriches knowledge extraction.
