Overview
Once a Box is installed and configured, you can run it to process data from your connected apps. Choose a run mode based on your needs, monitor progress in real time, and review results when complete.Run Modes

Starting a Run
Review Credit Cost
The credit cost for the selected run mode is displayed. Confirm you have sufficient credits.
Monitoring Progress
During a run, you’ll see:- Step-by-step progress — Which workflow step is currently executing
- Item count — How many items have been processed vs. total
- Status indicators — Running, completed, failed for each step
- Real-time updates — Progress refreshes automatically
Run Statuses

Run History
View past runs from the Box detail page:- Run date and duration — When the run started and how long it took
- Mode — Which run mode was used
- Status — Final outcome
- Items processed — How many items were handled
- Credit cost — Credits consumed
Credits
- Every run consumes credits, regardless of mode
- Credit cost varies by Box complexity and number of items
- The cost is clearly displayed before you confirm
- Monitor your credit balance in Credits & Usage
