Overview

The Business Impact Dashboard is the first view you see when opening Metrics. It provides a high-level picture of how your organization engages with AI — including active users, response volumes, satisfaction rates, and usage patterns.

Key Metrics Cards

Four headline metrics are displayed at the top with month-over-month evolution:

Each card shows a colored trend indicator:
  • Green arrow up — Improvement over last month
  • Red arrow down — Decline from last month
  • Gray arrow — No change

Current Usage

A highlighted usage banner shows your organization’s query consumption:

User Segmentation

Users are classified into four segments based on their activity:

A dual-axis line chart showing Active Users and Queries over the last 6 months. Helps identify growth trends and seasonal patterns.

Usage by Hour

A bar chart showing query volume distribution across hours of the day. Useful for identifying peak usage times.

Top Contributors

The bottom section highlights the top 3 contributors for the current month, showing their name, avatar, and total contribution count.
