Overview

The organization owner can manage the subscription from Workspace > Settings > Subscription. This includes upgrading, downgrading, changing billing cycles, and managing add-ons.

Upgrading Your Plan

View Plans

Navigate to Pricing or Subscription Settings and click Upgrade.

Choose a Plan

Select the plan that fits your needs. Review the features and pricing.

Review Proration

A proration preview shows what you’ll be charged or credited for the remainder of your current billing period.

Complete Payment

You’re redirected to Stripe Checkout to complete the payment. After success, your plan upgrades immediately.

Downgrading Your Plan

Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period. Before downgrading, review:
  • Feature availability on the lower plan
  • Connector limits (you may lose access to connections above the new limit)
  • Member limits

Changing Billing Cycle

Switch between monthly and annual billing:
  • Annual billing saves 17% on Starter and Professional plans
  • Changes take effect at the next billing date

Purchase additional capacity without changing your plan:

Navigate to Subscription > Add-ons to manage your add-ons.

Cancellation

To cancel your subscription:
  1. Go to Subscription Settings
  2. Click Cancel Subscription
  3. Your plan downgrades to Free at the end of the billing period
Cancellation may result in loss of access to features, data connections, and team member slots that exceed the Free plan limits.

Invoices

View and download your invoice history from the subscription settings page. Each invoice shows:
  • Invoice date
  • Amount charged
  • Plan details
  • Download link (PDF)
