Yes! The Free plan lets you explore the platform with limited queries, members, and teamspaces. No credit card required.
Admins and owners can invite team members from Workspace > Users > Invite Member. See User management.

AI & Chat

When you upload documents or connect external data sources, they’re processed through a RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipeline. The AI searches your documents to find relevant information and includes it in its responses, with numbered citations linking back to sources.
Document citations ([1], [2]) reference your uploaded documents. Web citations ([W1], [W2]) reference internet sources found through web search. Click any citation to view the source.
Yes! Toggle web search on in the message input toolbar. The AI will search both your documents and the web, providing citations for both sources.
Available models depend on your plan and your organization’s configuration. The organization owner can configure AI models in the model settings.

Data & Privacy

Yes. Documents are processed and stored with encryption. Role-based access controls ensure only authorized users can access specific data. Connector credentials are encrypted by the backend.
Yes. Use permission levels (Public, Private, Restricted, Exclude) and namespaces to control document access. See Data governance.
Deleted documents enter a 90-day recovery window. You can restore them from the Trash or permanently delete them. See Documents.

Billing

Credits are consumed by AI Box runs and advanced operations. Each plan includes a monthly credit allocation that resets each billing cycle. You can purchase additional credits as add-ons. See Credits & usage.
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period. See Manage subscription.
Singularity AI uses Stripe for payment processing, supporting all major credit cards and regional payment methods.

AI Boxes

AI Boxes are pre-built automation workflows that process data from your connected apps and data sources. Browse the marketplace, install boxes, and run them to automate tasks. See AI Boxes overview.
Admins and owners can create custom boxes using the Box Builder. See Box Builder.
Yes. Each box run consumes credits based on the complexity and run mode (Preview, Test, or Full). Credit costs are displayed before you start a run.
You’ll see an upgrade modal prompting you to upgrade your plan for more queries. Until you upgrade, you won’t be able to send new messages.
Yes. The web app is fully responsive. On mobile devices, the sidebar becomes a drawer and a bottom tab bar provides quick navigation between pillars.
Use the search bar in the chat sidebar to find previous conversations by keyword. You can also filter by teamspace and date.
